Terry Sexton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Sexton of Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terry Sexton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy J. Fields Sexton; his parents, George Franklin Sexton and Aline Ramsey Sexton; and his brother Doug Sexton. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Sexton Phillips (Derrick) of Easley and Dr. Megan Sexton Molo (Joey) of Charlotte; his sister Valeria Phillips of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Ellie Phillips, Presley Phillips, Maggie Phillips, Emersyn Molo, Thea Molo and Jaeden Molo; and his niece Patti Meyer of York. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
