He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leonard Johnson, Sr. of Florida and Bettie Dixie Phillips Frady of Greenville; and his stepparents, Patricia Johnson and Andy Frady. He is survived by: his son Thomas Leonard "Tommy" Johnson III; his daughter-in-law Laura Ann Johnson; and his siblings, Johnny Johnson (Levon) of Roswell, Georgia and Betty Adams (late Ron Adams) of Greenville.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (2609 US-29, Anderson, SC 29621).
