He is survived by: his wife Judy McCurley; his daughters, Brandy Faulkner (Corey), Melissa McCurley and Tonya McCurley; his grandchildren, Brandon Faulkner (Savanna Dunn), Courtney Banks (Brent Banks), Alyssa Smith (Cole Smith) and Blake Hodges (Madison Kay); and his great grandchildren, Willow Grace Smith, Weston Smith, Hadley Faulkner, Hazel Faulkner, Wrenley Banks, Chosen and Paxton Kay.
