He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie K. Bryant and Maggie Burton. He is survived by: his children, Anthony B. Blassingame (Melissa), Christopher Young, Francis Choice, Lisa Bryant Taylor (JT), Diane Johnson (Wilbert) and Phyllis Schumate (Sylvester). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Beasley Funeral Home Greenville Chapel (715 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29605). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the New Foundation Baptist Church Cemetery (556 Lenhardt Rd, Easley, SC 29640).
