He was predeceased by: his father James Olin Fulmer, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Vernon Boatwright and Linda Boatwright; and his niece Amy Hook. He is survived by: his mother Betty Ruth McCaw Fulmer; his wife Lynn Boatwright Fulmer; his siblings, James Olin Fulmer, Jr. (Myra) of Eastover, SC, Wanda Beck (Guy) of Eastover, SC, Beauford Fulmer (Lynne) of Acworth, GA and Martin Fulmer of Eastover, SC; his brother-in-law Lewis Boatwright of Lexington, SC; and his pet Max. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Elon Baptist Church (718 S-40-935, Hopkins, SC 29061). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
