Bullard; his daughters, Carrie Bullard (Bobby), Ashleigh Bullard and Kelly Storck; his grandchildren, Chase Felder, Chad Felder, Christian Felder, Ariel Shaffer, Holly Merrick and Austin Moore; his great grandchildren, Lindsey Merrick and Chloe Merrick; his sister Deborah Adams; and his nephews, Chris Adams and Charles Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Mt. Elon Baptist Church Youth Ministry.
