He was predeceased by: his parents, Dacus O'Neil and Lucile Griffis Bartley; his brother John Robert Bartley; and his brother-in-law Marcus Corley. He is survived by: his children, Calvin "Neil" Bartley Jr. (Dale), Marcia B. Pieper (Don) and Cindy B. Floyd (Haynie); his grandchildren, Christopher Bartley (Jessamyn), Shawn Pieper (Valerie), Ben Pieper, Marlie F. Rahn (Jason) and Holly Floyd; his great grandchildren, Gavin Hughes, Sawyer Bartley Sutton Bartley and Taylor Rahn; his sister Florence B. Corley; and his sister-in-law Juanita Bartley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKendree Methodist Church (309 Norris St, Edgefield, SC 29824). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
