It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Hamp Parks (Edgefield, South Carolina), born in McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Hamp and Frances Parks; and his sisters, Sarah Goff and Mary Bass. He is survived by : his wife Liz; his children, Tammy Swann (David) and Joey Parks (Michelle); his grandsons, David Poole (Larissa) and Ryan Parks; and his great grandchild Mason Poole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
