He is survived by: his wife Ashley Mathis Brunson; his children, Joshlynn Brunson, Ja'Kiyah Brunson and Omarian Brunson of Aiken, SC; his siblings, Cortez Brunson of Saluda, SC, Malcolm Brunson of Saluda, SC, Joe Brunson Sr. (Whitney) of Saluda, SC, Keisha Jones, Jessica Springs (Cedric Sr.), Tanik Jones and Domnesia Padgett; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Amy Mathis of Saluda, SC; his godchildren, Cailee Johnson, Malachi Rauch of Saluda, SC and Akhazi Donaldson of Prosperity; his sister Shakeyla; his brother-in-law Brenston Bradley of Saluda, SC; his aunt Carol Brunson; and his great-aunts, Jannie B. Wells and Rosa Mae Jones. He is also survived by other aunts and uncles; nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
