She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth "Beth" Reel and James "Jimmie" Reel. She is survived by: her children, Whitney Lord (Russell) and Jay Gilliam (Shelby); her grandchildren, Reece Graybeal, William Graybeal, Sarah Lord, Whit Gilliam and Sadie Bates Gilliam; and her siblings, Sara Howell (Al) and Tod Reel (Allen).
