She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward B. Gramling and Mary Keating Gramling; her son Edward Marion Davis; and her granddaughter Megan Davis Jervey. She is survived by: her husband Judson M. Davis, Jr.; and her son Judson M. Davis, III. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
