She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel "Manning" Williams and Mattie Williams; her husband John Fraiser Sr.; and her siblings, Clevester Carter, David E. Williams, Velma Lewis, Dorothy Roberson, John Edgar Williams, Dr. Levern Carter, Dr. Vivian Chance, Ruby Wellmaker, Navada Williams and Quinton Roberson.
She is survived by: her children, John Fraiser II (Norine) of Georgetown, SC, Mark Fraiser (Renee) of Florence, SC and Sonya Yarborough (Darrin) of Florence, SC; her grandson Traneir Fraiser (Crystal) of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Annie D. Williams of Baxley, GA, Valarie Ryan of Baxley, GA and Arthur L. Williams (Agnes) of Baxley, GA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
