She is survived by : her husband Dale Ford; her sons, Zach Ford (Tara Stephens) and Adam Ford; her grandchildren, Parker Ford and Jackson Ford; and her siblings, Steward William Elmore (Dee), William Kelly Elmore (Mamie), Patricia E. Allen and Linda E. Hatfield (Tommy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
