She was predeceased by : her parents, Maude Smith Carraway and Duff Carraway; her husband Robert B. Knight; and her siblings, Marvin Carraway and Velma Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Robert W. Knight (Deborah) of Effingham, Alan Knight of Effingham, Steve Knight (Missy) of Saluda, Andy Knight (Cheryl) of Effingham and Jean Allen (Dwight) of Effingham; and her grandchildren, Amy Knight, Jeffrey Knight (Brandi), Natalie Hardy (Robert), Brent Allen, Dana Lewis, Ashley Hawkins (Jesse), Brian Knight (Staci) and Amanda Wagner (Carl). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
