He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rev. Daulmon Lowery, Jr., Roy, Stella Collins, Peggy Cusaac and Mildred Hughes; and his uncle Jerry Wayne Lowery.
He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Lowery Sullivan (Lamont Williams) and Anthony Collins; his sons, Justin James "JJ" Lowery and Alexander Jase Lowery; his grandmothers, Lorraine Cusaac and Geneva Lowery; his siblings, Jeremy Lighthall (Katie Coker), Dakota Collins (Maygan), Zacchaeus Carter and Chloe Collins; his nephews, Raygen Collins, Jasper Carter and Clay Carter; his aunt Lisa; Marty Sullivan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
