He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Kenneth and Bertie Cleo James Bell; his siblings, Richard "Dicky" Bell, Gary Wayne Bell and Kathleen "Kat" Bell Marshall; and his brother-in-law Skip Voodre.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Furstenberg Bell; his children, Tim Bell (Kristin), Corey Bell (Julie) and Lisa Bell Morgan (Michael Scott); his sister Donna Bell Voodre; and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Marshall. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
