He is survived by : his brother Harold Blackburn; his nephew Shane Blackburn; his nieces, Kirsten Onsgard, Lori Blackburn and Nichole Blackburn; his brother-in-law Steve Onsgard; his friend Sheri Dixon; and his goddaughter Toshana Dixon (Tracy Dixon).
