He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxie Keith and Madge Tumblin McMillan; his siblings, Maxie K. McMillan, Jr. and Beth McMillan Fore; and his son Maxie K. McMillan, III.
He is survived by: his wife Gail McCall McMillan; his daughter Tammy McMillan Price (Brett); his daughter-in-law Mary L. McMillan; his grandchildren, Lauren Haley McMillan, Dylan T. Price (AnneMarie) and Dalton T. Price (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Addisyn McMillan, Stetson Price, Hudson Price and Claussen Price. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
