He was predeceased by: his mother Iva Bladen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his father Clyde Spradley; his sons, James "Clay" Clayton Spradley and Steven Wayne Spradley; his siblings, Robert Spradley, Katherine "Kathy" Jean Spradley and Paul Eugene Spradley; and his grandchildren, James Blake Spradley, Bryson Wayne Spradley, Kaitlyn Marie Spradley and Ethan Alexander Spradley.
