She is survived by : her father James Lever Chambers; her children, D. J. Johnson, Deanna Johnson, Nikki Cook and Rodney Cook; her siblings, Michelle Gumm and James "Jimmy" Chambers; and her grandchildren, Talon Johnson, Cierra Johnson, Samantha Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Tristan Johnson and Destiny Mitchell. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
