He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardis Clinton Harper and June Marie Harper. He is survived by: his siblings, Blair Harper, Jon Harper, Jim Harper, George Harper, Addie Calvitt (Jeff) and Betty Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
