He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Maynard and Lillian Maynard; and his sister Sandra Siemasko. He is survived by : his wife Martha Ann Coombs; his children, Lisa-Ann Zaprzalka, Matthew Maynard and Nicole Jennings; his sisters, Peggy Maynard, Cynthia Birkemose and Debbie Feldman; and also Stephanie Brock. He is also survived by spouses; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grand- children.
