He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Franklin Tyler; his siblings, Bobby Tyler and Sandra Tyler; and his sister-in-law Carol Newton. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Watts Tyler; his wife Michelle Suzanne Tyler; his sons, Jason Tyler (Sarah) of Knoxville, TN and Justin Tyler (Jewel) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Maddox, Addie, Charlie, Hadley and Ryan; his brother Johnny Tyler; his in-laws, Senga Veale (Tom), Mike Newton (Penny), Tracey Martin (Ron), Rebecca Mallory and David Newton (Geoff); and his aunt Carol Giedinghagen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
