She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leslie and Kate Branham Moak; and her siblings, Ruth Brown (Ruby "Beattie" Jeffers), Johnny Moak, Andrew "Hammy" Moak and Jack Moak.
She is survived by: her spouse Algie Campbell, Jr.; her daughter Nettie "Soupy" C. Jacobs (Scottie); her sisters, Belva Fisher, Jeanette "Curl" Anderson and Kathy Brown (Harold); her grandchildren, Campbell Jacobs (Beth) and Caleb Jacobs (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Leslie Kate Jacobs, Bennett Hartle, Caroline Hartle and Bowman Jacobs; and her sisters-in-law, Bunky Ulmer (Joe) and Edith Moak (Kenneth). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church in Elgin, SC.
