He was predeceased by: his mother Iva Jean Kelly Spradley; his former wife Marie Carey Spradley; his wife Jill Morris Spradley; and his brother Bryan Spradley. He is survived by: his father Clyde Spradley of Elgin; and his siblings, Kathy Pullen of Elgin, Michaelle Hollingworth (Tracy) and Paul Spradley of Elgin. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
