Ruby leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ruby’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ruby will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Marcus Connell; her parents, Thomas Perry Eddings and Minnie DeBruhl Eddings; and her siblings, Sarah Eddings Thompson, Carolyn Eddings West and Thomas Perry Eddings, Jr..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (34 Chestnut Ferry Rd, Camden, SC 29020). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
