She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Rhett Rily, Sr. and Ellen Bellinger Riley of St Matthews, SC.; and her husband Jacob S Ulmer Jr. As. She is survived by: her son Michael S Ulmer (Elia) of Elloree; her grandchildren, Morgan Leahann Ulmer of Florence, Jacob Michael Ulmer (Alexis) of Fort Lauderdale and Grant Marion Ulmer of Florence; and her siblings, Pamela Riley Livingston (late Steve Livingston) of St Matthews and Marion Rhett Riley Jr. (Dianne) of Eutawville. She is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Elloree (6208 Old #6 Highway, Elloree, SC 29047). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
