He was predeceased by : his parents, Addison Haynes Sr. and Ada Jamison Haynes; his wife Martha Mae Haynes; and his children, Bertha Mae Robinson (Bennie Lee) and Johnnie Lee Haynes.

He is survived by : his daughter Willie Dean Bethea of Orangeburg, SC; and his grandchildren, Jacob Benjamin of Columbia, SC, Stephanie Haynes of Orangeburg, SC, Michael Robinson of Elloree, SC, John Robinson of Elloree, SC, Tracy Brantley (John), Brian Robinson, Tron Benjamin of Orangeburg, SC, Jason Watson of Cameron, SC and Dustin Goodwine of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by 24 Great Grandchildren, 20 Great Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
