He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chamberlain and Vera Chamberlain; his former wife Margaret Ann; and his siblings, Frank and Mary Ann Sangston.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Fuller-Johnson; and his children, David Chamberlain (Rose), Julie Kostas and Connie Ellis (Scott). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
