She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Thomas and Ruby Brownlee Rush; her son Daniel Lewis Stewart, Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Rush and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Chastine (Denny), Dianne Stewart and Thomas Stewart; and her grandchildren, Brad Stewart (Halley), Karen Kitchens (Stephen), Miller Roach (Elizabeth) and Mackenzie Stewart. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. James Methodist Church.
