He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Seay and Elsie Parris Seay; and his children, Oscar Mims and Suzie Foster. He is survived by: his sons, Dan Mims, Roger Mims (Debbie), Dickie Seay (Sheila) and Keith Seay (Stephanie); and his sister Ann Childress. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.
