He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Monroe Phillips and Maggie Pauline DeLoach Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Cameron Phillips Harrison (Parker); and his brothers, Donnie Phillips and Ervin Harriott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the PHA Scholarship Fund, 8766 Savannah Hwy., Estill, SC 29918.
