She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold George Peagler, Sr. and Carolyn Lee Peagler. She is survived by: her husband Brian Edward Walters of Eutawville; her children, Kevin Dustin Peagler of North Charleston, Nicole Marie Walters-Lantz (Kristian Lantz) of Hinesville, GA and Christianne Mae Walters of Summerville, SC.; her grandchildren, Addison Mae Carpenter of Hinesville, GA and Trent Eugene Walters of Hinesville, GA; her brother Harold George Peagler, Jr. of Charleston, SC; and her sibling's children, Brandon Peagler, Bradly Peagler, Brooke Langley and Caylee Peagler.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home or memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Carol's memory.
