He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Taste, and Lucy Taste, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Thomasenia Taste; and his siblings, Annie Mae Taste (Bill), Lillie Tankard, Margaret Taste (Luke), Ned Taste (Regenia) and Janie Ruth Taste. He is also survived by four children; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middleton Mortuary (810 Dawson St, Eutawville, SC 29048). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greater St. Paul United Methodist Church (1205 County Line Rd, Cross, SC 29436). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Walworth Plantation Cemetery.
