It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Boyd of Eutawville, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Margie Owens Boyd and Russell Boyd; his wife Paulette Boyd; his son Colin Boyd; and his nephew Russ Boyd.

He is survived by : his son Dustin Boyd (Danielle); his brothers, Gene Boyd and Jimmy Boyd (Judy); his close friend Bette Ackerman (family: Julie Cunningham); his nieces and nephews, Sandy Brown (Randy), Donna Duncan, James Boyd (Beverly) and Jamie Bacot; and also Jayden. He is also survived by her daughter and family.
