She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Walker Neal and Clair Neal. She is survived by: her husband Michael Cook; her daughters, Kayla DeMarco (Alexander), Noel Vanmeter and Megan Martineau (James); her stepsons, Michael Cook II (Kristina) and Jesse Cook (Sarah); and her siblings, William Neal, John Neal (Nona) and Darla Snyderwine. She is also survived by grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home (3126 Main St, West Middlesex, PA 16159).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) in Wendy's memory, so that her legacy may help bring hope to other women and families affected by this disease.
