He is survived by: his son Andrew Mulkey; his stepdaughters, Tammy Underwood (Jeremy) and Tonya Conn (Russell); and his siblings, Gene Mulkey and Michelle Turner. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
