She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall H. Webb and Edna "Mammy" Griffin Webb; her husband Samuel Leon Pruitt; and her siblings, Lucille Webb, Patricia Smith, Edna "Babe" McAbee, Louise Thompson, Doris Seay and William "Bill" Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Lee Pruitt Jr. (Linda) and Miranda Pruitt Owens (Jack); her grandchildren, Matthew James Pruitt (Amanda), Marshall Grady Pruitt (Melissa), Tracy Bledsoe (Justin) and Gina Hyde (Mike); her stepgrandchildren, Richard Kimbrell and Angel Burrell; and her sisters, Mary Quinn, Gin Ward and Gayle Nunamaker (Eddie). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
