He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Butler and Anna Lee Butler; his wife Doris Reynolds Butler; his daughter Vicki Reynolds Butler Sinclair; and his siblings, Donald Lewis Butler and Elizabeth Petrey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Charlene Taylor (Keith), Charli Jill Boulier (Perry) and Laura Ann Hall (Mike); his son-in-law Phil Sinclair; his grandchildren, Phillip Sinclair, John Sinclair, William Sinclair, Katie Heath, Sarah Livingston, Anna Taylor, Lauren Boulier, Courtney Hall and Cameron Hall; his great grandchildren, Lilla, Dylan, Hunter, Andrew, Josiah, Kendall, Charlie and Sophia; and his sister Polly Ann Katona.
