She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Welch and Inez Beard Welch; her husband Walton Bedney Locklair; and her brother Lorain Welch. She is survived by: her son Walt Locklair (Selena) of Turbeville; her grandsons, Chase Locklair and Tyler Locklair of Turbeville; Nancy Swaringen, Derrick Welch and Earl Welch of North Carolina. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salem Free Will Baptist Church, 2337 McAllister Mill Road, Scranton, SC 29591, in Alma's memory.
