She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert McKnight; her parents, Morris LeRoy Wise, Sr. and Sadie Rae Hayes Wise; her former husband Rudolph Gelland Matthews; and her siblings, Morris LeRoy "M. L." Wise, Jr. and Shelby Jean Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Matthews Hawkins (Mike) of Scranton, Bishopville and Timmy Matthews (Heather Lee) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Mike Eaddy (Tiffany) of Scranton, Kathryn McElveen (Brandon) of Scranton, John Matthews of Scranton and Ashlee Matthews of Scranton; and her great grandchildren, Tabitha Eaddy of Scranton, Pyper Eaddy of Scranton, Paris Eaddy of Scranton, Waylon McElveen of Scranton and Everley McElveen of Scranton.
