She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie James Sr. and Sally Brayboy; and her siblings, Larry Brayboy, Elma Turner, Charles "Billy Jack" Montgomery, Willie James Brayboy, Jr. and Shirley Dee Brayboy.
She is survived by: her son Jamie Brayboy (Sandra Shaw); her grandchildren, Kyler Brayboy, Jamie Rashad Brayboy, Antonio Brayboy, Courtney Young, Taylor Brayboy, Alana Barr and Hali Shaw; her great grandchildren, Mecca Johnson, Maverick Johnson, Deandre Brayboy, Kanan Brayboy and Kennedi Wilson; her siblings, Christine B. Anderson, Jackie Davis (Dexter), Nathaniel Brayboy (Annette), Gary Brayboy (Greta) and Jimmy Lee; her siblings-in-law, Mary Carline Brayboy, Denise Montgomery and Charles Turner; and her aunt Jean Brayboy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Peace (122 W Thomas St, Lake City, SC 29560). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church (608 S Ron McNair Blvd, Lake City, SC 29560).
