He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Anderson, Sr. and Bessie Marsh Anderson; and his daughter Debra Anderson Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wilson Anderson; his children, Cynthia Lewis (Fred), Charmaine Elmore (Edward), Jackie Young (Todd) and Bryan Patterson (Kristin); his grandchildren, Christina A. Boswell-Stewart (Gregg), Laura McFadden (Craig), Rachell Grady (Darris), Joshua Hutchinson, Tiffany Stefan (Brian), Trey Lewis (Michelle), Mitch Elmore (Nikki), Kym Johnson (Jessica), Alex Stone (Daniel), Kara Ann Lowe (Hunter), Anna Patterson, Sadie Patterson and Manning Patterson; and his sister Elaine Collins (Mason). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
