She is survived by: her parents, Everette D. "Slim" Turbeville, Jr. and Angelina Cox Turbeville; her husband Shannon Drake Smith; her children, Jamie Blackmon Matthews (Eric), Michael, Amber N. Smith and Drake C. Smith; her grandchildren, Bradley Matthews, Presley Matthews, Brooklyn Massey, Baylor Love, Adelynn Love and Hampton Alexander Love; her siblings, Beverly Thomson (David) and Everette D. Turbeville, III (Shannon); and her close friend Melissa Chavis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
