She is survived by: her husband Thomas E.; her children, Christy Young (Micah) and Morty Sawyer of Florence; her siblings, Joyce Cooper of Springfield, SC and Wilmer Collins (Judy) of Barnwell, SC; her niece Monica Meares; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Manning and Madeline Meares; her grandchildren, Thomas Young and Abbie Sawyer; and her friends, Christy and Micah Young.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waters-Powell Funeral Home (400 S Dargan St, Florence, SC 29506).
