He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hill Moore and Vera Boylston Moore; his siblings, Doug Moore, Dorothy Gilbert, Ralph Moore, Jr. and Jeanne Stephens; and his son-in-law Jim Ruben.
He is survived by: his sons, Bernard Emerson Moore, Jr. and Wade Brantley Moore (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jason Moore (Stacy), Christopher Moore (Rachelle), Stratton Moore (Meredith), Emerson Moore (William), Brant Moore and Melaina Moore Hunt (Prior); and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Saylor and Beckett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church or to a charity of one's choice.
