She was predeceased by: her parents, Leila Carabo and Robert Knox Hunsucker; and her husband Oscar Tillman Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lewis (Jo Ann), Tony Lewis (Pam) and Tim Lewis (Denise); her granddaughters, Amy Lewis Powell (Chris), Jennifer Lewis Logan (Bradley), Jessica Lewis and Megan Metz (C. J.); and her great grandchildren, Graeson, Haedyn, Carson, Caroline, Addison, Gavin, Leni, Riley, Keira, Jacob, Kylie, Henry and Charlotte.
