He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Howle and Rhonda Calcutt; his sons-in-law, Andy Calcutt and Danny Howle; his grandchildren, Lori Butler, Sarah Howle, Gabriel Howle and Kathryn Howle; his great grandchildren, Linsey Butler, Alison Butler and Arabella Butler; and his sisters, Dottie James Rogers, Loretta James Leonard and Patricia James Jones.
