With sadness, we share the passing of Bobby Jordan (Florence, South Carolina). Bobby, born on June 26, 1939 in Conway, South Carolina, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Jordan and Alda Jordan; his siblings, Jimmy Jordan, Wanda J. West, Carlisle Jordan and O. W. Jordan; his granddaughters, Casey Jordan Kittrell and Mallorie Jordan Carrigg; and his great grandchildren, Kassidy Mariah and Maddux Shields.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia VanGoey Jordan; his children, Debbie Yandle (Fred), Vickie Carrigg (Ronnie) and Michael Jordan; his stepchildren, Leyanne Schultheis Battle and Brad Schultheis (Shelley); and his sisters, Elaine J. Johnson and Phyllis J. Stalvey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Florence Baptist Temple (2308 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
