She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl McDaniel and Cora Pickett McDaniel; her husband Henry Roy Brunson Jr.; her sons, Brian Brunson and Brad Brunson; and her brother James McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Verstraete (Richard) and Barry Brunson (Carmen); her grandchildren, Jonathan Brunson, Tyler Brunson, Brae Brunson, Briann Brunson and Chancellor Verstraete; her great grandchildren, Derik Brunson, Dahlia Brunson and Eko Spruill; her daughter-in-law Kristin Brunson; and her niece Joy Michelle McDaniel.
